It was a great opportunity to meet employees of Jars of Clay cafe, a social enterprise which provides sustainable employment for many disadvantaged and at-risk young Cambodian women. Wonderful time to share joy and hope. Full of smiles. Thanks be to God!
Reached out to God’s people in Mondulkiri. Had Covid-19 relief work and women’s health education. Thanks to Virginia UMW for making ‘Day for Girls’ kits (reusable women’s hygiene kit). Thanks be to God!
Today we reached out to church members and community people in Kandal district. Thanks to pastor Chen Sokhom, Mach Chi, and other church leaders for this collaborative work. (4 May)
Delivered 300 gift bags and sacks of rice to Phnom Penh and Kandal districts of Cambodia Methodist Church (MCC). So grateful for this relief work together with MCC. (30 April)
